This week, Moksha Yoga North Vancouver is turning up the heat on the North Shore, offering a wide range of heated and non-heated classes that are accessible to both seasoned practitioners and beginners alike. The Moksha Yoga sequence is based on principles of yoga therapy and emphasizes mindful movement, core strengthening, and breath awareness. Experience a Moksha Yoga class at Lonsdale Quay and fall in love with the practice that is changing the world one peaceful breath at a time! Donations during the class will go towards Qmunity.
