Gentle and accessible yoga poses designed to help you unwind and de-stress at the end of the day. No previous yoga experience is required.
Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga, and the poses are held in a passive/supported state for longer periods of time. It is a form of mindful movement, and can be a great way to introduce meditation and soothing breath work. This is a “pay what you can class” with a suggested minimum of $10, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to charity. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
To register email email@example.com to claim your spot. MAX 10 students to allow for social distancing. Please bring your own mat, a firm/supportive pillow, yoga blocks if you have them, and a bottle of water. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
