About this event:
Our new take on spring features a hands-on approach to delicious French dishes everyone loves. We learn to make a great composed salad with a classic vinaigrette, a roast chicken from scratch to serve with gratin potatoes and asparagus, a fresh pea soup to start and a mousse to die for! The experience will really warm you up. Prepared fresh from local ingredients sourced right in the Lonsdale Quay.
