The chef talks about the ingredients the cooking methods the sourcing and of course we eat. A six course tasting featuring the following menu:
Pork and Water Chestnut Gow
Gi With garlic, chiles and ginger
Stir Fried Balinese Prawns With spinach
Thai Beef and Herb Salad With soy sauce, ginger, herbs and tomatoes
Lemongrass Chicken Skewers With lime Vietnamese dipping sauce
Coconut ice cream with caramelised pineapple and chilli
