Join Lisa for a fun and dynamic full-body conditioning workout that combines Pilates-style exercises with the perfect blend of athletic-style yoga and resistance training. You’ll get an amazing full-body workout designed to tone and strengthen your muscles and increase your fitness gains! Resistance Bands will be provided, or you can bring your own. Arriving 10 minutes early is perfect.
