Hadis Kiani Yoga – Thursdays at 6pm. One hour of Gentle Flow Yoga by the ocean.
A classical hatha style yoga. The classes typically start with gentle stretches, moving to physical poses, and ending with a short period of meditation/ pranayama. Yoga poses or asanas will be focussed on improving balance, flexibility, and strength with modifications if needed. The classes will provide an opportunity to release physical and mental fatigue tension.
