Join me for a Somatic-based yoga practice designed to nourish your nervous system, body, and soul. I combine Hatha/Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Nidra, Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) and Crystal Bowl into my classes. This is an opportunity for every-body (all levels) to re-connect with your true self, your inner child, and find bliss. I look forward to sharing this practice with you. Saturday mornings will be a little more active than Monday evenings, to get you warmed up for the day!
Yoga and meditation are opportunities for us to go within and re-connect with our true selves, our soul, and our inner child. We use these tools to go beyond our physical selves, helping us to unearth what our bodies and souls already know. Yoga is for everybody, each and everyone of us, at every age. Unique classes every Monday.
Saturdays 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (July 11th – Sept 19th)
We will begin with a unique adult-oriented class (13 years+) and alternate each week between this and Family Yoga (all ages).
Please follow Katie on Instagram or Facebook to find out who is teaching and what style! All classes will be held on the South Plaza (by the fountain looking over the ocean). Please bring your own mat and something cozy for savasana. After registration, please complete waiver (one per family is ok).
Katie offers Yoga (Asana), Meditation and Breathwork classes or all ages in North Vancouver at the Yoga Root and online. She teaches yoga for kids and tweens at schools and at the Yoga Root. Katie offers private, semi-private, parties and group sessions.
Class will be dependent on weather.
