With a background in dance and pilates and acting, Caroline offers a rhythmic class, and emphasizes healthy alignment and the use of breath as a guide to self-awareness, strength and equanimity. Her class includes breath work (pranayama), a heat-building flow, and a restorative yin closing to balance the nervous system.

Unique classes every Monday.
Saturdays 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (July 11th – Sept 19th)
We will begin with a unique adult-oriented class (13 years+) and alternate each week between this and Family Yoga (all ages).
Class will be dependent on weather.
