George offers a yang to yin class which combines an active vinyasa with a relaxing yin towards the end as well as breathwork and lots of intention. In this class you are encouraged to listen to your body and modify as you wish and it is up to you to make it more fiery or more relaxing. Let your breath flow and be kind to yourself. All levels welcome.

Unique classes every Monday.
Saturdays 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (July 11th – Sept 19th)
We will begin with a unique adult-oriented class (13 years+) and alternate each week between this and Family Yoga (all ages).
Classes will be weather dependent.
