It’s now officially Spring! The Market has a ton of fantastic events and activities for the entire family this Spring Break! See below for a list of our favourites here at the Quay!
Play Time!
Have your little ones been to the brand new Kid’s Play Area at the Market yet? If not, Spring Break is definitely the time to check out some of the new updates including: a new toddler play area, an exciting indoor playground and expanded parent seating area! We also have tons of fun kids rides available on the 2nd level too!
Fun and Games
Don’t know where to take the kids during Spring Break? Stop by the Market between 10AM to 2PM from March 19th to March 30th and play board games with a view! A wide range of games including Jenga, Monopoly Deal, Twister, Uno and Checkers will be available at the Visitor’s Center located on the Market Level.
Enjoy a Picnic
Rain or shine, the Market is a beautiful place to enjoy some lunch! Grab a delicious meal to go from your favourite food merchant and have a picnic with the kids in the Food Court or outside in the South Plaza.
Lolly Making
Take a moment to learn how some of your favourite sweet treats are created! Olde World Confections will be creating their traditional Lollipops on Friday, March 23rd and Saturday March 24th all day long! Pop by to watch them in action and maybe even try a few samples of their best selling flavours!
Celebrate Easter at the Market
Grab your little one’s Easter baskets and prepare to hunt around the Market’s Retail Level for pretty, pastel Easter eggs! We even have a visit from the Easter Bunny from 10:30am-11:30am and a free kid’s cookie decorating workshop. It’s the perfect way to end Spring Break on a fun note!
Kids on a play date?
Enjoy a beer at Green Leaf Brewery, get your hair done at Joy Hair Studio, do some shopping on the Retail Level, enjoy a quiet coffee at Bean Around the World or All Day Cafe, pick up a stunning bouquet of spring flowers…or….the choice is yours!
