Savour Recipe: Panko Crusted Pork Loin



  • 1-1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • Parsley, thyme & oregano
  • Dijon mustard


  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the tenderloin until golden brown
  • Place mustard on top.
  • Place panko on it with the herbs mixed in the panko.

Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes.
