NORTH VANCOUVER, BC—Lonsdale Quay Market is turning 30 years old this April, and to celebrate this milestone, they are hosting their first after-hours long table dinner on April 30th. Corks & Forks will showcase locally grown fresh foods, beer and wine from the Market. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind culinary experience that promises a night filled with good music, flowing drinks and delicious eats.
The Market is home to a wide range of culinary offerings; select Market vendors are collaborating to provide an elevated dining experience overlooking Vancouver’s skyline. This twilight four-course dinner includes completely customized dishes prepared by The Soup Meister, COBS Bread, Bowen Island Pizza Company, Sharky’s Chophouse, The Salmon Shop and El Dorado Pies and Treats. For the beer and wine lovers, enjoy fine BC wines from Artisan Wine Shop and craft beer tastings provided by Green Leaf Brewing Co.
This multi-course dinner, showcases a customized dining experience, perfect for a discerning palate. Sharky’s Chophouse butcher, Rob Jang, will be creating a gourmet surf and turf feast featuring fresh seafood from The Salmon Shop. The event is located in the south entrance of the Market. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Guests will have opportunities to win prizes throughout the night, and all guests will leave with special parting gifts from Lonsdale Quay Market and Lonsdale Quay Hotel.
