Specialty Leasing is the rental of common areas at the Market, including indoor and outdoor spaces. It is a cost-effective way for first-time retailers, crafters or small business owners to sell their products or promote their services in a high traffic location, without committing to a long-term lease.

The Lonsdale Quay Market has devoted a space specifically for community rentals. The room is located on the Retail Level of the Market next to the Cheshire Cheese. To learn more about rentals, visit Nest Community Space Information.

The Market’s Community Kitchen will be available for rent by community groups, individuals, local chefs, Market vendors or others interested in hosting a culinary event.

Lonsdale Quay Market’s busker program, is a year-round program that encourages local artists to share their music in exchange for tips and gratuities. Busking can be anything from singing, playing an instrument or juggling. In order to participate, all interested buskers must fill out the Busker Application Form and submit it for approval.
