Turkey Cranberry Sage Meatloaf

  • 3lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-3 tsp sage
  • 2 cups bread crumbs

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form into meatloaf shape, place in casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes. Check center to make sure cooking is complete.

Apple butter BBQ sauce is a nice accompaniment to finish baking with 10 minutes left.
