01 Oct Savour Recipe: Panko Crusted Pork Loin

- 1-1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
- Parsley, thyme & oregano
- Dijon mustard
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Sear the tenderloin until golden brown
- Place mustard on top.
- Place panko on it with the herbs mixed in the panko.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes.
